ABOUT
I am a mom and a former athlete with a passion
for all things health and fitness. I grew up doing dance, playing soccer and rugby but I always struggled with my weight from a young age.
This lead me to taking my BSc in Applied Human Nutrition and my PT Certification. Over the last
3 years I've helped a ton of people through their weight loss journey both in the gym and online, and I'm so excited to help many more.
I was my first client. I lost 70 lbs while I was in university, working full time hours as well and did
it again after my daughter was born when I was
back to work 10 weeks Postpartum. I am great with time management and can teach you to be as well. I fully acknowledge that mindset and self-discipline are huge parts of having a successful and sustainable journey, which is why I will give you all the help in those areas too!
